1. Order Cancellations by Buyer

Buyers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is marked as “Shipped”, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Order Cancellations by Seller

Sellers may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.
In such cases, buyers will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
